Buhok means hair, which is the thing on top of your head (unless you’re ben kingsley or yul brynner), or technically speaking, a collection or mass of filaments growing from the skin of an animal, and forming a covering for a part of the head or for any part or the whole of the body. Can be used as both singular or plural (as a noun).
Word Usage:
Malago ang buhok ni Tolitz.
(Tolitz’s hair is thick.)
Naramdaman ni Tolitz ang buhok ng aso.
(Tolitz felt the hair of the dog.)
Marahas na sinabunutan ng mga kababaihan ang mahaba at marikit na buhok ni Tolitz.
