It’s official – I’m going to Canada!

Well, not right away, I still have to process my papers and pay the fees, but my mind has been set… It’s high time that I jumpstart my life and the best way to do it would be in a new country, with my fiancé …

(my girlfriend might think I’m ahead of myself, but I’m sure she won’t mind)

It’s almost exciting thinking about it… I’ve had my fill of the United States, and while it is still a great country to live in, my luck here has been lousy the past few years. I badly need to extricate myself from this proverbial hole, to start fresh, and to suceed in my own terms.

I don’t know how soon I can begin it, I just know that it has to be as soon as possible.

I had a lot of things to write here, but I had a bit of a run-in with some old friends in another site. Let’s just say that cutting old ties is harder than I thought, but it’s all for the best, for me and for them.

I always have an idea on what to post here while I am doing something else away from the computer, but when the time comes for me to post it, I forget it … maybe I should buy a portable recorder….
