Just got back from my brother’s “double-feature” opera tonight (that means two different operas/plays in one night, back to back). As usual, he kicked ass. Might be because he got all the goofy, scene-stealing roles, hehe… Good job.

Anyway, my week hasn’t been as bad as I thought it would be. Cash flow is stabilizing (meaning I’m working daily now, as opposed to three times a week last December), and I’m finally getting caught up in all my pending stuff.

I also got to splurge again. I went ahead and purchased the last two remaining Star Trek TNG seasons (6 & 7), as well as three CDs: Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec (Final Fantasy VIII), Final Fantasy VII Reunion Tracks, and Final Fantasy S Generation. Actually it started with me trying to download the orchestrated version of One Winged Angel from FFVII, but I gave up looking for a good quality track and decided to just purchase the damn CD where it came from – and while I was browsing, I kinda dragged two other Final Fantasy CDs along the way. Hey, at least it’s quality music

Funny (and kinda gross) story from last night … as I was walking home from Albertson’s, I had this irritating stuff (wet boogers, probably) in my nose and I was trying to blow it out by snorting (too lazy to use my hands, y’see), I tried without success for a couple of minutes, and just as I passed a dark area in the sidewalk, I was leaning down to see where I was walking, still snorting. And it suddenly came out – the wet booger, I mean – and since I was leaning down, I had the sudden realization that it might be sticking on my shirt. So here I was, walking towards our apartment, feeling myself at the front like a pervert gone insane (coz, well, it was dark, and I can’t see shit).

The good news was, the booger wasn’t on my shirt. The bad news was, a nice-looking lady saw me “feeling myself up” as I opened the apartment gate…
